By providing a dated and signed written request addressed to the processing manager, and proof of your identity, you may request and obtain, free of charge, a copy of your personal data in writing and, if required, correction of any incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant information.

The President of the Courts of First Instance examines all requests for the communication, correction, or removal of personal data when no action has been taken within 45 days of the request or when the request has been rejected.
